Specialty Job Analysis Eligibility Evaluations Plan Development Vocational Testing Education Kristen received her B.S. in General Studies with focus on Geological Engineering from New Mexico Institute of Mining and Technology in 1996 and her M.S. in Rehabilitation Counseling from Portland State University in 2009. Background Kristen began her work experience in mining and engineering consulting performing a wide variety of jobs including geologic mapping and logging, drilling and blasting, geotechnical laboratory management, safety management, and project management. The variety of jobs and educational pursuits available always interested her, so she shifted careers by obtaining a masters degree in counseling with special focus on applying those skills to the world of work. Kristen provides a variety of services to private clients, state agencies, and private insurers including vocational testing/evaluation, job analyses, labor market research, job development, vocational eligibility evaluations, and plan development. Because of her robust work history and her own shift in careers, Kristen provides a practical perspective to vocational consulting. |
