Welcome to MPF Associates

McCauley Potter Fain Associates is a vocational rehabilitation consulting firm, serving the community since 1995.  Qualified staff of MPF Associates provide a variety of services to assist injured workers and employers through the Oregon Workers’ Compensation system, as well serving clients with disabilities through the State of Oregon Office of Vocational Rehabilitation Services.   Our many partners in the industry include all who are affected by the issues of work and disability:  The injured or disabled worker, large and small employers throughout the state, insurance companies, third-party administrators, public sector service providers and vocational counselors, government regulators, claimant and employer attorneys, physicians, educators and vocational trainers.

Our goal is to help people enter the work force for the first time, or return to productive and suitable work, in a timely manner, with creativity and compassion.  We strive to educate and empower employers and workers, and utilize return to work benefits to enable the most productive and successful outcome for all parties.  McCauley Potter Fain Associates has built a reputation on excellent communication, trust and good work – and we are committed to maintain the highest level of professionalism and solution-oriented results to meet the needs of our clients.
